1. OSC Rule 45-501 Ontario Prospectus and Registration Exemptions is amended by this Instrument.

2. Section 5.1 is amended

(a) by adding the following paragraph:

(b.1) section 2.5 of NI 45-106 [Family, friends and business associates], and

(b) by repealing paragraph (c).

3. This Instrument comes into force on May 5, 2015.
