Notice of Commission Order – Application for Exemptive Relief – NEX SEF Limited

 
On June 23, 2017, the Commission issued an order (Order) to the Applicant pursuant to section 147 of the Securities Act (Ontario) exempting the Applicant from the requirement to be recognized as an exchange under section 21 of the OSA.

A copy of the Order is published in Chapter 2 of this Bulletin.

The Commission published the Applicant’s application and draft exemption order for comment on May 18, 2017 on the OSC website at www.osc.gov.on.ca and provided notice of the application and order in the OSC Bulletin. No comments were received and no changes were made to the draft exemption order.
