International Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has entered into a number of international Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with international partners to foster cooperation and information-sharing on various matters, including enforcement.

These MOUs strengthen relationships and foster collaboration in matters of mutual interest. The OSC also has a number of MOUs with domestic partners.
