Exempt Distributions Summary

Exempt distribution information has been summarized from Reports of Exempt Distribution (Form 45-106F1) that have been filed with the OSC under National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions (NI 45-106). The summary is based on information contained in Reports where Ontario purchasers have been identified.

The summary is not exhaustive and there may be additional prospectus exemptions for which a Form 45-106F1 is required to be filed that are not included in the summary. In particular, the columns for “PURCHASERNUMBER_OTHER” and “TOTALDISTRIBUTEDAMOUNT_OTHER” may not include distributions under the start-up crowdfunding prospectus exemption in National Instrument 45-110 Start-Up Crowdfunding Registration and Prospectus Exemptions or the listed issuer financing exemption in Part 5A of NI 45-106. The summary also does not include information from Forms 45-106F1 filed in reliance on Coordinated Blanket Order 13-933 Temporary exemption from the requirement to transmit a report of exempt distribution through SEDAR+ in connection with distributions of eligible foreign securities to permitted clients.
