Notice of Commission Approval – Amendments to the CDCC Default Manual and to Sections A-308 and A-401 of the CDCC Rules – Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC)

In accordance with the Rule Protocol between the Ontario Securities Commission (Commission) and The Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC), the Commission approved on July 8, 2016, changes to the CDCC Default Manual and sections A-308 and A-401 of the CDCC Rules.

A copy of the CDCC notices was published for comment on December 23, 2015 on the Commission's website at: http://www.osc.gov.on.ca. No comments were received.
