OSC Staff Notice of Request for Comment – Proposed Additional Amendments to the Operations Manual of the CDCC on the Gross Client Margin (GCM) Initiative – Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC)

 
The Ontario Securities Commission is publishing for public comment the proposed additional amendments to the CDCC Operations Manual on the GCM initiative. 

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to reflect the impacts of the GCM process on the operational timelines and the overnight monitoring and settlement processes. 

The comment period ends on April 11, 2022.
