Notice of Approval – Real-Time Market Data Fee Change – Simplification of Distribution Fees – Cboe Canada Inc.

In accordance with the Process for the Review and Approval of Rules and the Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto, as amended, the Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC”) has approved a Real-Time Market Data Fee Change (the “RTMD Fee Change”) to the Cboe Canada Inc. (the “Exchange”) Data Fee Schedule (the “Fee Schedule”).

Publication of the RTMD Fee Change

On December 2, 2024, the RTMD Fee Change, which involves a simplification of certain market data distribution fees and other related changes to the Fee Schedule, was published for feedback (the “Notice for Feedback”). For additional details, please refer to the Notice for Feedback, which is available on the OSC website and on the Exchange’s website.

Effective Date

The RTMD Fee Change will be implemented on February 1, 2025.
