Notice of Approval – Increases to Certain Market Data Products – TSX Inc., Alpha Exchange Inc. and TSX Venture Exchange Inc.

In accordance with the Process for the Review and Approval of the Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto, each of TSX Inc. (“TSX”) and Alpha Exchange Inc. (“Alpha”) has adopted, and the Ontario Securities Commission has approved, certain market data fee changes (the “Changes”), including the Proposed CEG Fee Change and the Proposed Other Fee Changes, as set out in the Notice for Feedback (as defined below).

TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (“TSXV”, and together with TSX and Alpha, the “Exchanges”) will adopt, and the Alberta Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission have approved, the Proposed CEG Fee Change and the Proposed Other Fee Changes, as set out in the Notice for Feedback.

Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in the Notice of Approval shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Notice for Feedback.

Feedback Received

On September 20, 2024, the Exchanges published a notice for feedback (the “Notice for Feedback”) and no feedback was received.

Effective Date

The Changes will be implemented on January 1, 2025.
