Notice - Application for Recognition of Market Regulation Services Inc.

Market Regulation Services Inc. (RS Inc.) has applied to be recognized as a self-regulatory organization in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Québec. On October 12, 2001, the application for recognition of RS Inc. including a description of the fee model was published for comment. The Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission are seeking further comment on the fee model until January 25, 2002.
