Email blast -Delay in processing times for registration applications

Dear Ultimate Designated Person and/or Chief Compliance Officer,

In our October 27, 2022 email, we advised that your firm may be experiencing longer than normal processing times for registration-related applications and submissions due to technology and staffing issues we have been experiencing.

The technology issue which contributed to operational delays has been resolved. We have, however, experienced resultant backlog and continue to experience higher-than-normal volume.

We are continuing to work to return to our normal processing times as soon as possible. We thank you again for your patience.
