Calculating participation fees

Staff will discuss key issues relating to the calculation and filing of the participation fees. There will also be a discussion on the proposed changes to OSC Rule 13-502 Fees. This seminar is designed to assist issuers with the calculation of participation fees under OSC Rule 13-502 Fees.
