Hot Topics in Continuous Disclosure

This seminar will review new issues and discuss errors commonly seen by staff as reporting issuers prepare their annual continuous disclosure filings pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102). The seminar will look at relevant topics in continuous disclosure, including the use of social media, forward looking information, non-GAAP financial measures, balanced disclosures, and will also highlight upcoming trends. OSC staff will also provide an overview of the required filings, deadlines and references to help reporting issuers prepare materials.
