OTC Derivatives Regulators Group: Report of the OTC Derivatives Regulators Group(ODRG) to G20 Leaders on Cross-Border Implementation Issues

The Report of the OTC Derivatives Regulators Group (ODRG) to G20 Leaders on Cross-Border Implementation Issues has been posted to the website of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

The ODRG includes principles of the various regulatory authorities, including the Ontario Securities Commission, with responsibility for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets. Participating jurisdictions have been implementing the G20’s reform agenda through legislative and regulatory action. Since 2011, the ODRG has sought to identify and resolve cross-border issues association with the implementation.
