Ontario Securities Commission Policy Hearing on
Proposed Enforcement Initiatives
OSC Staff Notice 15-704
The Ontario Securities Commission will hold a public policy hearing on June 17, 2013, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 22nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario, to receive submissions from parties who submitted written comments and requested to make oral submissions in response to OSC Staff Notice 15-704 Request for Comments on Proposed Enforcement Initiatives.
The following is the schedule of oral submissions for the policy hearing. The time allocated to each presentation includes the time required to respond to any questions from the panel of Commissioners:

Participants in the policy hearing are invited to review OSC Staff Notice 15-706 in advance of the hearing.
