ORDER

(Section 83 of the Act)

UPONthe application of CMP 1999 Resource Limited Partnership (the"Partnership") to the Ontario Securities Commission (the "Commission")for an order pursuant to section 83 of the Act, deeming the Partnershipto have ceased to be a reporting issuer under the Act. ANDUPON the Partnership having represented to the Commissionthat: 1.The Partnership is a limited partnership formed pursuant to theLimited Partnerships Act (Ontario) by declaration ofpartnership filed on November 17, 1999. The General partner ofthe Partnership is CMP Funds Management Inc. The Partnership'shead office is located in Toronto, Ontario. 2.The Partnership became a reporting issuer in Ontario pursuantto a receipt for final prospectus dated December 22, 1999. 3.The Partnership is not in default of any of the requirements ofthe Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder. 4.On November 9, 2001, all outstanding limited partnership units(the "Units") of the Partnership except those Units held by DCCEquities Limited, an affiliate of CMP Funds Management Inc., wererepurchased for cancellation with the approval of all of the limitedpartners of the Partnership. The repurchase was carried out inaccordance with the terms and conditions of the limited partnershipunits made by an amendment dated November 9, 2001 to the amendedand restated limited partnership agreement of the Partnership. 5.As a result of the November 9, 2001 amendment, all of the outstandingUnits are held by DCC Equities Limited. 6.The Units have not been and currently are not listed or quotedon any exchange or market. 7.Other than the Units, the Partnership has no other securities,including debt securities, outstanding. 8.The Partnership does not intend to seek public financing by wayof an offering of its securities. ANDUPON the Commission being satisfied that to grant hisorder would not be prejudicial to the public interest; ITIS ORDERED pursuant to section 83 of the Act that thePartnership is deemed to cease to be a reporting issuer for thepurposes of the Act.
