ORDER
(Section 144)
WHEREAS the securities of
NOVADX INTERNATIONAL INC. (the "Reporting Issuer")
currently are subject to a Temporary Order (the "Temporary Order") made by a Director onbehalf of the Ontario Securities Commission (the "Commission"), pursuant to paragraph 2of subsection 127(1) and subsection 127(5) of the Act, on the 7th day of December, 1999,as extended by a further order (the "Extension Order") of a Director, made on the 21st dayof December, 1999, on behalf of the Commission pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act,that trading in the securities of the Reporting Issuer cease until the Temporary Order, asextended by the Extension Order, is revoked by a further Order of Revocation;
AND WHEREAS the Temporary Order and Extension Order were each made on thebasis that the Reporting Issuer was in default of certain filing requirements;
AND WHEREAS the undersigned Manager is satisfied that the Reporting Issuer hasremedied its default in respect of the filing requirements and is of the opinion that it wouldnot be prejudicial to the public interest to revoke the Temporary Order as extended by theExtension Order;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 144 of the Act, that theTemporary Order and Extension Order be and they are hereby revoked.
