Further to the application dated May 27, 2003(the Application) filed on behalf of Wise Capital ManagementInc. (the Applicant), and based on the facts set out in theApplication, pursuant to the authority conferred on the OntarioSecurities Commission (the Commission) in clause 213(3)(b) ofthe Loan and Trust Corporations Act (Ontario), the Commissionapproves the proposal that the Applicant act as trustee of theWise Capital Pooled Funds established from time to time andmanaged by the Applicant.
