On July 24, 2015, the electronic format of the Monthly Suppression of Terrorism and UN Sanctions Report became available for firms to file with the Ontario Securities Commission. Please submit this report using the online form located on the Registration forms page https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Dealers_forms_index.htm. Reports via email will no longer be accepted.

All registered firms where Ontario is their principal regulator or international exempt firms where the majority of their clients are located in Ontario are required to file this report monthly, due on the 14th day of the following month.
