NOTICE OF CHANGE OF EFFECTIVE DATE

The original Notice of Effective Date with an implementation date of September 15, 2008, was published by the Ontario Securities Commission on September 5, 2008 at (2008) 31 OSCB 8669. Due to unforeseen technical issues, the implementation date for this initiative was changed to September 29, 2008. The final revised procedures were posted on CDS' website on September 29, 2008.
