Notice of Approval – Fee Changes (Billing Market Data Services in US Dollars) – Nasdaq CXC Limited

In accordance with the requirements set out in the Process for the Review and Approval of Rules and the Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto (Exchange Protocol), the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC or Commission) approved on July 18, 2024 amendments to Nasdaq CXC Limited’s (Nasdaq Canada) Form 21-101F1 that will change the currency that customers outside of Canada are invoiced for market data services from Canadian Dollars to US Dollars (Billing Change).

Nasdaq Canada’s Notice and Request for Feedback for the Billing Change was published on the Commission’s website on June 4, 2024. No comment letters were received.

The Billing Change will be implemented on August 1, 2024, Nasdaq Canada has sent a Notice communicating the effective date of this change to customers and has published a notice indicating that the Billing Change has been approved on its website.
