Email blast - Delay in processing times for registration applications

Dear Ultimate Designated Person and/or Chief Compliance Officer,

We are writing to provide an update on the OSC’s registration operations which may be resulting in your firm experiencing longer than normal processing times for registration-related applications and submissions.

Over recent months and continuing, we have had longer registration-related processing times due to technology and staffing issues.  We continue to find ways to mitigate all constraints and are working to return to our normal processing times as soon as possible.

Please rest assured that we are processing all applications and submissions as quickly as possible.
