Andrew Rankin Trial Date Tentatively Set for May 2, 2005/ Further Judicial Pre-Trial and Court Attendance Set for September 9, 2004

TORONTO – On May 10, 2004 , OSC Enforcement Staff and counsel for Andrew Rankin attended in Provincial Court at Old City Hall . Mr. Rankin's trial is tentatively set to commence May 2, 2005.

A second judicial pre-trial has been scheduled for September 9, 2004 when counsel for Mr. Rankin and Enforcement Staff will re-attend before a Provincial Court Judge. It is not open to the public. The main purpose of this judicial pre-trial is to confirm trial scheduling. Following the judicial pre-trial, counsel will attend at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom "C" at Old City Hall.
