The OSC will be posting on a regular basis summaries of reported exempt distributions on our website at: Exempt Distributions Summary. The goal in regularly posting this data to our website is to provide greater transparency regarding exempt market activity to market participants.

The summaries are based on information contained in reports of exempt distribution (Form 45-106F1) filed with the OSC where Ontario purchasers have been identified. This is similar to the information previously reported in Chapter 8 of our Bulletin. The first summary was posted on October 15, 2015 and covers reports filed between April 1, 2014 and August 31, 2015.
