  1. Proactive Enforcement
This panel will focus on the OSC's enforcement priorities, including emerging markets investigations, illegal insider trading and bringing cases before the Ontario Court of Justice, and also discuss the role of technology in securities law enforcement and the use of the public interest jurisdiction.
