R. v. Felderhof

TORONTO - Counsel appeared before Judge Hyrn this morning to set the trial date in the proceedings against John Felderhof . The trial will resume on December 6, 2004 for 2 weeks. It is expected that the trial will continue on February 28, 2005.

The next appearance is on May 17, 2004 before Judge Hyrn to confirm the court dates at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 111 of Old City Hall.
