Notice of Ministerial Approval of Amendments to OSC Rule 13-502 Fees

MINISTERIAL APPROVAL OF
AMENDMENTS TO ONTARIO SECURITIES COMMISSION RULE 13-502 FEES

On October 3, 2019, the Minister of Finance approved the amendments referred to in the September 12, 2019 Notice of Amendments to Ontario Securities Commission Rule 13-502 Fees and OSC Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees. The amendments are consequently in force on October 18, 2019.  A formal notice of Ministerial approval will be published in the October 24, 2019 Bulletin.
