Ontario Securities Commission Policy Hearing on
Proposed Enforcement Initiatives
OSC Staff Notice 15-704
TORONTO – The Ontario Securities Commission will hold a public policy hearing to receive oral submissions from interested parties who submitted written comments in response to OSC Staff Notice 15-704 Request for Comments on Proposed Enforcement Initiatives. It is anticipated that the oral submissions will supplement, as opposed to duplicate, the written comments.
The Commission will convene the policy hearing on June 17, 2013, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 22nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
A copy of OSC Staff Notice 15-704 and the comment letters submitted in response to the Notice are available at www.osc.gov.on.ca
