Purpose

  1. This Rule provides, in Ontario, a temporary extension to the exemption provided in Ontario Instrument 45-507 Self-Certified Investor Prospectus Exemption (Interim Class Order), pursuant to paragraph 143.11(3)(b) of the Securities Act (Ontario).

Extension of temporary exemption

  1. Paragraph 14(a) of Ontario Instrument 45-507 Self-Certified Investor Prospectus Exemption (Interim Class Order) is amended by replacing “April 25, 2024, unless extended by the Commission” with “October 25, 2025

Effective date

  1.  This Rule comes into force on April 25, 2024.
