ORDER

WHEREAS Motion International Inc. (now TVA International Inc.) ("Motion"), acorporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia has applied for an orderpursuant to section 83 of the Act;

AND UPON it being represented that all the issued and outstanding shares ofMotion are held by TVA Acquisition Inc. and that Motion now has no security holderswhose latest address as shown on its books is in Ontario;

AND UPON the undersigned Manager being satisfied that to grant this order wouldnot be prejudicial to the public interest;

IT IS ORDERED pursuant to section 83 of the Act that Motion is deemed to haveceased to be a reporting issuer for the purposes of the Act.
