MRRS DECISION DOCUMENT
1. WHEREAS the local securities regulatoryauthority or regulator (the "Decision Maker") in eachof Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Québec, Nova Scotiaand Newfoundland and Labrador (the "Jurisdictions")has received an application from ReQuest Income Trust ("ReQuest")for a decision under the securities legislation of the Jurisdictions(the "Legislation") deeming ReQuest to have ceasedto be a reporting issuer under the Legislation;
2. AND WHEREAS pursuant to the MutualReliance Review System for Exemptive Relief Applications (the"System"), the Alberta Securities Commission is theprincipal regulator for this application;
3. AND WHEREAS ReQuest has representedto the Decision Maker that:
3.1 ReQuest is an open-ended mutual fund trustgoverned by the laws of the Province of Alberta.;
3.2 the head office of ReQuest is in Calgary,Alberta;
3.3 the authorized capital of ReQuest consistsof classes of trust units ("Trust Units") and "specialvoting units", of which, as at December 24, 2001, 10,984,846Trust Units and no "special voting units" were issuedand outstanding;
3.4 ReQuest is a reporting issuer under theLegislation;
3.5 ReQuest is not in default of any requirementof the Legislation or the rules made under the Legislation;
3.6 pursuant to an offer to purchase dated December24, 2001 and a subsequent compulsory acquisition under the provisionsof the ReQuest's Declaration of Trust dated February 5, 2001,Pulse Data Inc. ("Pulse") acquired all of the issuedand outstanding Trust Units;
3.7 Pulse is the sole security holder of ReQuestand there are no securities of ReQuest, including debt obligations,currently outstanding other than the Trust Units;
3.8 the Trust Units were delisted from The TorontoStock Exchange on February 5, 2002 and there are no securitiesof ReQuest listed on any stock exchange or traded on any market;
3.9 ReQuest does not intend to seek public financingby way of an offering of securities;
4. AND WHEREAS under the System, thisMRRS Decision Document evidences the decision of each DecisionMaker (collectively, the "Decision")
5. AND WHEREAS each of the Decision Makersis satisfied that the test contained in the Legislation thatprovides the Decision Maker with the jurisdiction to make theDecision has been met;
6. AND WHEREAS the Decision of the DecisionMakers under the Legislation is that ReQuest is deemed to haveceased to be a reporting issuer.
