On September 23, 2014, the Commission approved changes proposed by Lynx ATS to change its trading hours from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

A notice requesting feedback on the proposed change was published in the Commission’s Bulletin on July 31, 2014 at (2014) 37 OSCB 7143. No comments were received on the proposed change.

Lynx ATS will publish a notice indicating the date of implementation of the approved changes.
