Notice of Approval – Fee Changes Omega Ats Real-Time Market Data Fees – Tradelogiq Markets Inc.

In accordance with the Process for the Review and Approval of the Information Contained in Form 21-101F2 and the Exhibits Thereto, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has approved amendments to the Tradelogiq Markets Inc. (Tradelogiq) Form 21-101F2 for Omega ATS regarding changes to the monthly display fees applicable to each of Omega ATS Level 1 and Level 2 real-time market data (Fee Changes).

Tradelogiq’s Notice and Request for Feedback regarding the Fee Changes was published on the OSC website on September 19, 2024.

The Fee Changes will be implemented on January 1, 2025.
