In accordance with the Process for the Review and Approval of the Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto, TSX Inc. (“TSX”) has adopted, and the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has approved, certain changes to the optional Non-Professional Data Fee Cap Program (the “Changes”), as set out in the Notice for Feedback (the “Notice for Feedback”) published by TSX.

Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in the Notice of Approval shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Notice for Feedback.

Feedback Received

On October 2, 2024, TSX published the Notice for Feedback and no feedback was received.

Effective Date

The Amendments will be implemented on January 1, 2025.
